Luke lives for a good story, whether it’s making new ones for himself or listening to yours. He found his calling 10 years ago when he founded Farmore. Originally from Maine, Luke found his home here in Tampa, FL. He’s had the pleasure of partnering with local businesses and Fortune 500 companies. No matter the client, he is humbled by the opportunity to share their story with the world and create lasting partnerships and often friendships.

Lance is an accomplished creative with more than 12 years of experience in video production. He has successfully led teams of various sizes throughout his career, working in diverse industries, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to venture-funded start-ups. After recently selling his former production company Revelry, Lance joined Farmore to serve as Creative Director to help creatively lead and expand the company's production capabilities. Lance values people and believes in fostering a collaborative work environment where the best ideas shine through.

Quinn is the Colorist / First AC here at Farmore. He is the product of online self-education and has produced multiple business ads since 2020. He lives for a great file hierarchy with a knack for ensuring ideas survive the entire production process... mostly intact. Off the clock, he’s still film ready to talk about the intricacy and importance of aspect ratio, color management, and why macOS is definitively the best platform for video production... at least on Apple Silicon.

Paul is a USF alumni with years of marketing and freelance experience - and a lifelong love for all things video. Paul has a passion for combining art and technology to tell stories, and is proud to work with a team that shares that passion. When he isn’t busy building websites or writing; you can find Paul with his cats, at the gym, cooking, or logging movies on Letterboxd.

Kody is a proud UCF Knight (Charge On!) and editor at Farmore. Years of directing and editing festival-screened short films led him to earn his Film BFA in Narrative Production, and he hasn't looked back since. His drive to create compelling stories has allowed him to thrive both on set and in post-production. Kody values doing what you love with the people you love doing it with. Off the clock, find him either watching a Miami Heat game or doing his best to look like a Heat player at the gym.
